Beach House and Marina Overlook are situated next to Kent Point Marina at the Southernmost tip of Kent Island and are ideal vacation rentals for family gatherings. If you enjoy crabbing, fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming - it can all be done from these properties. You will enjoy panoramic views of the Chesapeake bay from most rooms; sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking! One of the most visited spots by photographers for the wonderful view of the bay and Bloody Point Bar Lighthouse. Many options for outdoor entertaining areas including your own 350' beach which is shared between both properties.

Dine in with freshly steamed crabs and seafood from our very own carry-out located inside the marina or dine out locally at Dock House, Libbey's, Knoxxie's Table, Harris Crab House, The Narrows, and Fisherman's Inn. Enjoy a nightcap at Red Eyes Dock Bar and The Jetty with some traditional Orange Crushes; a Kent Island favorite among the locals!

Local activities include Golfing at nearby Queenstown Harbor Golf, biking on the Cross Island Trail, and touring the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center and Terrapin Park or Mattapeake Beach. Fishing and Crabbing Trips may be arranged for an additional fee departing right from your front yard! We can help arrange your crab feast or fish fry upon your return!

The central location allows for day trips to DC, Annapolis, Baltimore, & St. Michaels. Take scenic drives to many exciting areas on the Chesapeake Bay including the US Naval Academy in Annapolis (30 minutes) or the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels. Many outlet stores are also nearby in Queenstown.
